Everyone you've met and will ever meet has fallen into despair. It is what we decide to do with this wounding that makes all the difference. Will you allow a tender part of you to fester and pay it no mind, that doesn't sound healthy! Self-compassion is the bandage, band-aid, and soft voice that sets you up for an ideal healing process.
