Did you know that dancing relieves stress? I try to have a daily dance party to keep my life light and groovy here’s some info that may make you want to move around today:

“Dance is an outlet for emotional expression, stress reduction and creativity that benefits youth during stressful situations by channeling their energy positively”


“Dancing may be a more viable alternative for those who view traditional exercise negatively.”

-Self-soothe, self regulate

-Discover my own intuition

-Connect with my inner guidance

-Foster accountability
